Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science or related discipline preferred.
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in project management, business systems analysis, or software development.
- Master's Degree with 8 years’ experience; PhD with 4 years’ experience are also acceptable.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute and manage IT projects within the defined scope.
- Expedite and coordinate a multitude of interrelated IT project activities.
- Ensure successful project completion within human and financial resource constraints.
- Manage Project Managers and their respective teams.
- Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies.
- Initiate and plan IT projects, establishing goals and strategic direction.
- Assess and resolve scope changes, issues, and risks with senior management.
- Lead teams in executing program plans and resources.
- Communicate project progress with accurate reports to stakeholders.
- Manage and motivate cross-functional project teams.
