Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science or related discipline preferred. Minimum of 9 years of experience in project management, business systems analysis, or software development. Master's Degree with 8 years’ experience; PhD with 4 years’ experience are also acceptable.

Develop, execute and manage IT projects within the defined scope. Expedite and coordinate a multitude of interrelated IT project activities. Ensure successful project completion within human and financial resource constraints. Manage Project Managers and their respective teams. Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies. Initiate and plan IT projects, establishing goals and strategic direction. Assess and resolve scope changes, issues, and risks with senior management. Lead teams in executing program plans and resources. Communicate project progress with accurate reports to stakeholders. Manage and motivate cross-functional project teams.
