MSL/ Sr. MSL Dermatology - Houston TX

Bachelor’s degree in the health sciences from an accredited university required. Advanced degree preferred. Greater than or equal to 2 years of clinical, scientific/research, or industry related experience or equivalent preferred. Strong problem solving and analytic skills. Exhibits leadership attributes aligned with company initiatives. Ability to quickly learn and apply foundational skills in Scientific Storytelling, Identifying Mobilizers, Medical Challenger, and Active Listening. Must meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements. Willing to travel up to 75% of the time. Candidate must live in the territory or be willing to self-relocate within the territory (TX).

Develop and execute high impact territory plans, including HCP and Investigator engagement. Identify, access, and develop professional relationships with external experts. Provide education on disease states, therapeutic landscape, and AbbVie products. Support research initiatives as requested by R&D. Maintain and collaborate with cross-functional field partnerships. Document meaningful data point observations (DPOs).
