VP of AI, Product and Engineering (Remote in Colorado)

10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, and data science. At least 5+ years in a leadership role. Proven experience with LLM-driven projects, including fine-tuning and RAG. Deep expertise in NLP and AI model deployment at scale. Hands-on experience with LLMs and vector databases. Strong knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and AI/ML cloud services. Experience with production-grade application deployment with security and scalability. Understanding of data pipelines, data engineering, and feature engineering for ML. Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure). Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills.

Develop and execute Rocket Lawyer’s AI strategy, focusing on Rocket Copilot. Own the roadmap for AI-driven capabilities aligned with business objectives. Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML models including LLMs and NLP applications. Drive innovation in AI legal assistance and intelligent document generation. Build and lead a high-performing AI team focused on innovation and technical excellence. Collaborate with engineering leadership to integrate AI models into production systems. Ensure AI models are ethical, explainable, and aligned with privacy standards. Stay updated on AI trends and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver AI-powered solutions.
