High school diploma or equivalent. Customer service or cashier experience. Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly. High level of energy with strong customer service skills. Basic math and computer skills. Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and work with team members. Attention to detail. Helpful, courteous approach to resolving complaints.

Welcome customers, answer questions, help locate items, and provide advice or recommendations. Operate scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronics. Balance the cash register and generate reports for credit and debit sales. Accept payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and providing a receipt. Process refunds and exchanges, resolve complaints. Bag or wrap purchases. Follow store procedures for coupons, gift cards, or specific items. Maintain a clean workspace.
