Business Analyst (Card Issuing)

Proven experience as a Business Analyst working with card issuing, card acquirers, or PSPs. Deep understanding of product development processes. Ability to create detailed requirements for engineering teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in data analysis insights using SQL, R, or Python. Sense of ownership and end-to-end responsibility. Experience working with senior decision-makers. Experience with data visualization tools is a plus. Experience in building process flows using UML tools.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to comprehend business requirements. Analyze existing processes to identify gaps and opportunities for optimization. Work closely with the Product Manager to gather requirements and design solutions. Document and prioritize requirements and maintain product technical documentation. Ensure product interaction clarity with other products and assist in optimizations. Participate in defining the scope and planning product development. Maintain a deep understanding of product architecture for optimizations. Collaborate with QA engineers for business needs. Analyze post-launch performance and provide feedback.
