Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst working with card issuing, card acquirers, or PSPs.
• Deep understanding of product development processes.
• Ability to create detailed requirements for engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in data analysis insights using SQL, R, or Python.
• Sense of ownership and end-to-end responsibility.
• Experience working with senior decision-makers.
• Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Experience in building process flows using UML tools.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to comprehend business requirements.
• Analyze existing processes to identify gaps and opportunities for optimization.
• Work closely with the Product Manager to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Document and prioritize requirements and maintain product technical documentation.
• Ensure product interaction clarity with other products and assist in optimizations.
• Participate in defining the scope and planning product development.
• Maintain a deep understanding of product architecture for optimizations.
• Collaborate with QA engineers for business needs.
• Analyze post-launch performance and provide feedback.
