Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries from Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding banking services.
• Provide guidance on banking products, account openings, and other financial services.
• Effectively troubleshoot customer issues and resolve them promptly.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Work closely with team members to improve service efficiency and contribute to customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
