Requirements:
  • 5+ years of cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, tech-enabled companies (either in-house or a combination of agency & in-house).
  • Function as a business partner to hiring managers, providing data and market intel to drive towards effective decisions together.
  • Understanding of the importance of an inclusive, structured hiring process that will reduce bias in Headway’s decision making.
  • Strategic, data-driven thinker, who analyzes sourcing stats and pipeline pass-through rates to optimize the hiring process.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers across key org functions to scale their respective teams, advising them on search strategy from role intake to close.
  • Collaborate with Sourcers & Coordinators, own full-cycle recruiting and use data to make tactical decisions that improve the end-to-end search process.
  • Collaborate with Sourcers and Hiring Managers to develop DEI sourcing strategy that aligns with our company objectives.
  • Follow a structured hiring process with the goal of reducing bias and making the best hiring decisions.
