Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably a combination of agency, CSP, GSI, and/or consulting experience for roles across different cloud platforms, architectures, and technologies.
  • Technical sourcing champion who thrives in a customer first and data driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of professionalism and technical business acumen.
  • Proven ability to influence key stakeholders with the courage to challenge and set expectations.
  • Results/solution orientated, able to solve recruiting challenges and manage a medium-volume, yet highly complex workload in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive the full life-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation, ensuring a fanatical experience for all future Rackers.
  • Build a network and strong talent pipelines to support a wide variety of technical requirements across Public and Private Cloud.
  • Establish and maintain productive partnerships with business partners, advising and educating hiring teams on talent acquisition best practices.
  • Maintain quality data, detailing records of candidate interactions and progress via ATS, HRIS, and sourcing tools.
  • Manage cross functional stakeholders to yield success through predictable results, that earns credibility.
