Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably a combination of agency, CSP, GSI, and/or consulting experience for roles across different cloud platforms, architectures, and technologies.
Technical sourcing champion who thrives in a customer first and data driven environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of professionalism and technical business acumen.
Proven ability to influence key stakeholders with the courage to challenge and set expectations.
Results/solution orientated, able to solve recruiting challenges and manage a medium-volume, yet highly complex workload in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Drive the full life-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation, ensuring a fanatical experience for all future Rackers.
Build a network and strong talent pipelines to support a wide variety of technical requirements across Public and Private Cloud.
Establish and maintain productive partnerships with business partners, advising and educating hiring teams on talent acquisition best practices.
Maintain quality data, detailing records of candidate interactions and progress via ATS, HRIS, and sourcing tools.
Manage cross functional stakeholders to yield success through predictable results, that earns credibility.
