Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Experience implementing or leading an Axon body-worn camera program.
• Experience in training, project management, and resource tracking.
• Experience with SAAS sales or support.
• Knowledge in areas like Digital Video, Body-Worn Cameras, and Virtual Reality.
• Understanding of software/hardware testing and implementation.
• Ability to work remotely and effectively in team settings.
• Willingness to travel weekly throughout North America.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with technology decision-makers and program managers to support product implementation and adoption.
• Participate in pre-sales activities including sales presentations, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and assisting in deployment plans.
• Plan and execute post-sale program implementation for Axon’s products and services.
• Conduct customer site assessments and ensure equipment functionality.
• Provide tailored training to enhance operational capabilities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Operations teams to address customer requests.
• Assist in developing agency-wide deployment plans.
