• Undergraduate Student / Master program student.
• Good knowledge of English is mandatory.
• Excellent computer operating skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint).
• PowerBi knowledge considered as a plus.
• Communication and team-orientation.
• Reliable and good working attitude.
• Analytic thinking and good organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Creation of new reports.
• Improving actual reports.
• Running and monitoring of current reports.
• Support in creation of process mappings.
• Support in deep dive analysis of several logistic processes to understand cause and effect in customer claims root cause.
• Various administrative tasks, data input tasks, and database updates.
• Preparing presentations and reports for meetings, including management meetings.
