Requirements:

• Experienced mobile UI/UX practitioner with at least 5 years of experience.
• Strong communicator with the ability to present designs and rationale clearly.
• Proficient in user-centric design principles for web and mobile.
• Excellent collaborator who enjoys problem-solving with others.
• Self-directed, creative problem solver with resourcefulness.
• Highly proficient in Figma and experienced with Adobe CC and other design software.
• Familiar with leveraging GenAI in design processes.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design abilities and product-building experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Product Managers to develop and refine product strategy and vision.
• Prepare wireframes, user flows, process flows, and other artifacts to communicate design ideas.
• Engage in an iterative design process including rapid prototyping and user experience research.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence all aspects of the product.
• Act as a design mentor to other designers and partners within the organization.
