Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with OneDrive, Adobe Reader, Express Scribe, VIQ Player, FTR.
  • Training in specialised transcription software will be provided.
  • Great communication skills via phone, email, and applications like Microsoft Teams.
  • Ability to remain calm, polite, and professional in any situation.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a defined list of transcription jobs sold to clients.
  • Assess jobs via the internal system and assign to transcribers/writers.
  • Monitor writers' availability and assign jobs to meet deadlines.
  • Enter deadlines and vital information on the system.
  • Liaise with sales teams about capacity and costs.
  • Assist in recruiting new writers and track their progress.
