Data Engineer Lead

Software Engineering and Development Experience (Minimum 4+ Years). Experience in data pipelines for analytics or Machine Learning. Team leadership and client interactions. Advanced Python knowledge. Solid SQL knowledge. Ability to interpret and implement customer technical requirements. Experience in building analytical data systems using Modern Data Warehouses or Data Lakes. Experience in building distributed data pipelines using Spark, Python, and SQL. Proficiency in Hypermodern Python Stack and state-of-the-art tools. Familiarity with Modern Data Stack tools like DBT, Airflow, and Airbyte. Spanish advanced level.

Brainstorm and craft solutions that address use cases. Act as a liaison between the technology team and product/business side. Lead teams, collaborating with Machine Learning and Data Engineers. Assist in code development, provide technical guidance, and conduct code reviews. Collaborate on hiring interview processes. Participate in discussions and provide feedback while assisting others. Explore and develop new technologies to enhance Mutt Data's toolset. Conceptualize, define, manage, and maintain data systems. Develop proof of concepts, create machine learning models, dashboards, APIs, and data platforms. Collaborate on managing projects by engaging with customers.
