Adults Social Worker - Lewisham - Learning Disabilities

Social Work England registration. Eligible to work in the UK. Hold a full UK licence. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work. Minimum of 2 years experience.

Work as a care management social worker. Assess the needs of vulnerable adults and their carers. Support in arranging services to meet identified needs and outcomes. Promote prevention, independence, self-directed support, choice, and control. Manage risks and safeguard both adults and children where relevant. Provide case management support for adults needing frequent specialist intervention.
