Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of payroll management experience, preferably in a global, remote setting.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, SOX compliance, and internal controls.
  • Proven ability to optimize payroll systems with a focus on accuracy.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong communicator with collaborative, cross-functional team skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to lead a process independently.
  • Proficient with payroll software, ideally TriNet or similar platforms.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process bi-weekly and monthly payrolls for U.S. and international employees.

  • Oversee audit and control procedures to maintain payroll accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure payroll records are audit-ready.
  • Administer SOX controls, ensuring compliance with no deficiencies.
  • Provide timely, white glove service for employee payroll inquiries.
  • Continuously improve payroll processes and documentation.
  • Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Assist with audits and maintain accurate documentation.
