Requirements:

• Cloud SaaS deployment model experience preferred.
• Project management skills required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills necessary.
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and apply them to customer solutions.
• Direct customer-facing and implementation delivery experience in a consulting or professional services organization.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field required; Master’s/MBA is a plus.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and their applications in business processes essential.
• Must demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Work with customers to develop operation workflows.
• Create detailed communication plans for timely client updates.
• Align operational functions with client needs and company objectives.
• Manage customer communications and expectations during deployments.
• Ensure customer SLAs and service requirements are met.
• Support clients during project Go-Lives and document lessons learned.
• Perform tests on processes and coordinate issue resolution with management.
• Collaborate with the development team for client implementations.
• Document client issues and findings to optimize operations.
• Prepare and maintain technical and business documents.
• Establish technical project requirements and foster professional client relationships.
• Assist clients in monitoring software implementation and provide training support.
