Project Manager / Industrial Engineer

Cloud SaaS deployment model experience preferred. Project management skills required. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills necessary. Ability to quickly learn new concepts and apply them to customer solutions. Direct customer-facing and implementation delivery experience in a consulting or professional services organization. Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field required; Master’s/MBA is a plus. Familiarity with emerging technologies and their applications in business processes essential. Must demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Work with customers to develop operation workflows. Create detailed communication plans for timely client updates. Align operational functions with client needs and company objectives. Manage customer communications and expectations during deployments. Ensure customer SLAs and service requirements are met. Support clients during project Go-Lives and document lessons learned. Perform tests on processes and coordinate issue resolution with management. Collaborate with the development team for client implementations. Document client issues and findings to optimize operations. Prepare and maintain technical and business documents. Establish technical project requirements and foster professional client relationships. Assist clients in monitoring software implementation and provide training support.
