• Solid experience in financial reporting, budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS or other relevant standards.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes for timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Provide detailed financial analysis, including performance variance analysis and cash flow management.
• Ensure integrity of financial records and compliance with local/international regulations.
• Manage tax compliance and assist with tax filings.
• Coordinate and complete external audits, ensuring all audit requirements are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial reporting with operations.
• Mentor junior finance team members and support strategic planning and budgeting.
