Requirements
- Coaching Credential equivalent to the ACC with the International Coach Federation.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional coaching experience post-training, with corporate clients.
- At least 10 years of professional experience in any field.
Responsibilities
- Sama Coaches focus on pure coaching, building trust and rapport with clients.
- Engage in active listening and ask powerful questions during coaching sessions.
- Assist clients in developing forward learning and actionable next steps.
- Ensure reflection and accountability at the end of each session.
