Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in career, executive, workplace, or life coaching.
- Demonstrate a track record of effective one-on-one support.
- Be highly organized and responsive, with the ability to manage multiple learners and meet partner-level expectations.
- Have experience providing support such as study strategies, time management, and concept reinforcement.
- Have professional experience in at least one of these areas: financial services, sales, customer service, management, operations, project management, or data analytics.
- Preferred: Have professional experience in education, such as classroom teaching, one-on-one tutoring, or professional training.
- Preferred: Have professional experience in banking or financial services.
- Preferred: Hold a coaching certification such as ICF, BCC, or ICC.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one coaching sessions by live Zoom calls to help learners overcome blockers and improve in their roles.
- Build trust with working adults, support their motivation and confidence, and hold them accountable to their goals.
- Provide verbal feedback through practice roleplays and interactive activities, and facilitate reflection and goal setting.
- Explain concepts and skills, check for understanding, provide practice opportunities, and adjust learner support as needed.
- Help learners plan, prioritize, meet deadlines, and seek additional support when needed.
- Help learners identify opportunities to apply new skills and develop incremental steps toward long-term goals.
- Document concise coaching notes and send follow-up actions within 72 hours of sessions.
- Track learner progress and trends, and share insights and escalation needs with the team.
- Participate in coaching team meetings and ongoing training, and contribute to playbooks.
