Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of experience with teaching, facilitation, and/or public speaking.
- Be consistently available during at least three listed weekly Learning Lab time slots.
- Be available for evening and weekend work as required.
- Have access to the internet.
- Have access to a personal computer.
- Be open to learning and feedback.
- Have strong organization and time-management skills.
- Be familiar with Zoom and facilitating in a virtual environment.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate virtual Accelerator Learning Labs when Leadership Coaches are absent.
- Lead two-hour virtual classes for cohorts of 5–8 Fellows using an established curriculum.
- Prepare to facilitate Braven content by meeting with the Braven team.
- Practice independently to prepare for Learning Labs.
- Attend approximately six total hours of Leadership Coach training.
- Work with Fellows effectively during Learning Labs.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
