Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Human Resources/Business or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience with a payroll background.
  • Minimum 3 years of Thailand payroll processing experience.
  • Fluency in spoken and written Thai is essential.
  • Deep understanding of statutory filings requirements in Thailand.
  • Excellent attention to detail and mathematical skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Integrity, positive work attitude, and pleasant character.
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn in new areas.
Responsibilities:
  • Processes company’s payroll every pay period.
  • Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
  • Computes employee take-home pay based on time records, benefits, and taxes.
  • Registers/deregisters statutory social benefits to local authorities.
  • Responsible for compliance with local statutory processing for tax filings.
  • Prepares final calculations for separations and related regulatory submissions.
  • Ensures employee data is updated in the database and payslips are accurate.
  • Answers staff questions related to payroll and resolves discrepancies.
  • Supports HR operations and serves as a point of escalation for client issues.
  • Keeps updated on HR trends and communicates changes to teams.
