Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Human Resources/Business or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience with a payroll background.
- Minimum 3 years of Thailand payroll processing experience.
- Fluency in spoken and written Thai is essential.
- Deep understanding of statutory filings requirements in Thailand.
- Excellent attention to detail and mathematical skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Integrity, positive work attitude, and pleasant character.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn in new areas.
Responsibilities:
- Processes company’s payroll every pay period.
- Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
- Computes employee take-home pay based on time records, benefits, and taxes.
- Registers/deregisters statutory social benefits to local authorities.
- Responsible for compliance with local statutory processing for tax filings.
- Prepares final calculations for separations and related regulatory submissions.
- Ensures employee data is updated in the database and payslips are accurate.
- Answers staff questions related to payroll and resolves discrepancies.
- Supports HR operations and serves as a point of escalation for client issues.
- Keeps updated on HR trends and communicates changes to teams.
