Physician (Remote)

Candidates should have broad, primary care experience. Familiarity with technology and electronic medical record systems is crucial for adapting to a rapidly changing environment. All state licenses are welcome; Indiana, Georgia, Louisiana, Michigan, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Texas licenses are specifically needed.

Join a diverse team of clinicians providing gender-affirming hormone therapy and expanded clinical services to adult patients. Provide longitudinal care, which includes onboarding new patients and managing follow-up care. Handle lab management and prescription management, as well as answering clinical questions. Work remotely with flexible scheduling, requiring a minimum of 10 hours of synchronous time weekly.
