Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps.
• Experience managing a team of DevOps Engineers is a plus.
• Proficient with Kubernetes container orchestration within the AWS ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Cloud tools such as AWS, RDS, EC2, and SQS.
• Experience with Terraform, Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana, and Github Actions is an advantage.
• Current residency in Portugal or South Africa.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the DevOps team's tasks with different team projects.
• Ensuring infrastructure security for information and personal data.
• Leading team development and personal growth.
• Documenting work for future reference.
• Working in an agile manner.
• Building, configuring, and maintaining the framework for software.
• Automating the framework's creation, maintenance, and monitoring.
• Setting up and maintaining tools to support software development and deployment.
• Optimizing workflow from build to release.
