Requirements:

• Excellent communication in German
• Pleasant demeanor, good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
• Ability to use a computer, eager to learn, and quickly find your way around a new environment
• Ability to work in shifts between Monday and Sunday from 09:00 to 22:00, including public holidays and weekends

Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming phone calls from customers
• Answering their questions and resolving their concerns regarding orders (returns, complaints, late shipments, damaged goods), customer accounts, invoices, etc.
