Requirements:

• Excellent communication in German is a prerequisite.
• Pleasant demeanor and good communication skills.
• Customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to use a computer and eagerness to learn.
• Adaptability to shift work between Monday and Sunday from 09:00 to 22:00, including public holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming phone calls from customers.
• Answering their questions and resolving concerns related to orders including returns, complaints, late shipments, and damaged goods.
• Assisting with customer account inquiries and invoice issues.
