- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive or leadership coaching, ideally within the nonprofit or social sector.
- Proven track record of helping leaders build capacity and create meaningful, measurable change within their organizations.
- Strong understanding of challenges faced by nonprofits and social sector organizations, including resource constraints, mission alignment, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Familiarity with coaching tools, models, and assessments to support leadership development.
- Exceptional communication, empathy, and active listening skills.
- Certification from a recognized coaching program (e.g., ICF, Co-Active, etc.) preferred but not required.
- Provide one-on-one coaching to organizational leaders, supporting them in strengthening leadership skills, addressing strategic challenges, and navigating complex organizational dynamics.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand leaders’ strengths and development areas, and collaboratively establish clear, measurable goals aligned with organizational objectives.
- Guide leaders in developing essential skills such as communication, team building, conflict resolution, and change management.
- Help leaders create actionable plans that align with their organization’s mission, values, and objectives.
- Develop tailored coaching programs based on each client’s unique goals and challenges, providing tools and frameworks for lasting impact.
- Participate in feedback sessions with Stronger Consulting’s team to share insights and refine approaches based on client needs and coaching outcomes.
