Requirements:

• Coaching certification from an ICF-accredited organization.
• 10+ years of management experience, or MBA with 20+ years of senior management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in coaching managers, high-performers, and leaders.
• Strong skills in team performance management, communication, conflict management, leadership development, goal setting, and stress management.
• A roster of clients who can provide testimonials.
• Active membership in a professional coaching organization is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1-on-1 coaching to clients to help build leadership skills, enhance team performance, and communicate effectively.
• Develop personalized development plans with clients and track their progress.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met.
• Utilize Exec's technology and platform to engage clients and deliver coaching sessions.
• Deliver exceptional service to help clients achieve their leadership goals.
