Requirements:
  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven success record.
  • At least 5 years in sales management or sales enablement.
  • Experience in coaching individual sellers and sales managers.

  • Knowledge of sales tools and CRM best practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1-on-1 coaching to sales professionals and managers to enhance core skills such as pipeline management, deal strategy, forecasting, and leadership capabilities.
  • Partner with sales leaders to create team-wide performance enhancement strategies and coaching frameworks.
  • Work with clients to develop personalized development plans and monitor progress against key sales metrics.
  • Guide sales managers in developing their coaching abilities.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients to align with sales objectives.
  • Utilize technology platforms to deliver impactful coaching sessions and track progress.
  • Assist sales professionals in navigating complex deals to improve win rates.
