Requirements:

• Must have and/or be license eligible as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Master's in psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field plus 1 to 2-year internship.
• 0 to 1-year prior experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience with family-focused therapy, multi-systemic therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, hypnosis, health psychology, CADC.

Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to diverse populations including adults, children/adolescents, couples, and families.
• Manage a caseload of 12-24+ attended client sessions per week.
• Ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• Oversee assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals/plan in line with clinical and administrative policies.
• Participate in organizational trainings and professional development while promoting Clarity Clinic’s mission.
