Requirements:

• Must have and/or be license eligible and actively working toward licensure as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist (AMFT).
• Master's in psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field plus 1 to 2-year internship.
• Experience with treatment modalities such as family-focused therapy, multi-systemic therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR (certification required), hypnosis (certification required), health psychology, CADC, and marriage and family therapy is beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to a variety of populations including adults, children/adolescents, couples, groups, and families.
• Manage a caseload of 12-24+ attended client sessions per week.
• Ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• Provide oversight of assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals/plan.
• Participate in organizational trainings and professional development.
• Promote and demonstrate Clarity Clinic’s mission and adhere to policies and standards.
