Requirements:

• Must have and/or be license eligible as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist (AMFT).
• Requires a Master's degree in psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years internship experience and 0 to 1 year prior experience in a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with treatment modalities such as family-focused therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, and EMDR (certification required).

Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to various populations, ensuring exceptional client care.
• Manage a caseload of 8-25 client sessions per week, with options for part-time or full-time.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation.
• Oversee assessments, evaluations, and treatment plans consistent with policies.
• Participate in organizational trainings and professional development.
• Promote and demonstrate Clarity Clinic's mission and adhere to compliance standards.
