Requirements:

• Cares about quality; detailed, meticulous, organized, and methodological.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proven record of accomplishment leading a QA team.
• Experience with automation testing tools like Selenium.
• Experience building testing infrastructure as part of a team or independently.
• Experience with data-driven QA testing (e.g., DB testing).
• Experience with API based tests using tools such as Postman.
• Good experience in testing asynchronous systems.
• Good experience in mobile testing, including Android and iOS.
• Knowledge of software architecture, specifically MS services and event-driven systems.
• Knowledge of web technologies, including web applications and HTTP protocols.
• Excellent planning and sequencing of QA activities.
• Excellent test writing and reporting skills.
• Experience monitoring system logs.
• Ability to write scripts for automating tests and QA tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities:

• Reports to the Head of Product and part of the Product group.
• Handles the Quality of the product ensuring that all quality check points are met.
• Leads a team of quality assurance engineering; automation and manual testers.
• Handles the QA infrastructure selecting tools and methods to use.
• Works together with engineers, AI, and Clinical team to define and implement OKR for high velocity and confidence.
• Expected to have superior knowledge of the product and its inner workings.
• Handles the Test Suite library and QA documentation.
• Ensures the team meets the quality required by the organization.
• Monitors systems daily post-release to find issues.
• Communicates with stakeholders to provide support and guidance on the product.
• Handles QA requirements and qualifies specifications before development.
• Plans and sequences QA activities in collaboration with PM and other team members.
