Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Reports to the Head of Product and part of the Product group.
  • Handles the Quality of the product ensuring that all quality check points are met.
  • Leads a team of quality assurance engineering; automation and manual testers.
  • Handles the QA infrastructure selecting tools and methods to use.
  • Works together with engineers, AI, and Clinical team to define and implement OKR for high velocity and confidence.
  • Expected to have superior knowledge of the product and its inner workings.
  • Handles the Test Suite library and QA documentation.
  • Ensures the team meets the quality required by the organization.
  • Monitors systems daily post-release to find issues.
  • Communicates with stakeholders to provide support and guidance on the product.
  • Handles QA requirements and qualifies specifications before development.
  • Plans and sequences QA activities in collaboration with PM and other team members.
