- Minimum of 8+ years experience in Sales Engineering supporting clients in the Enterprise or Strategic accounts.
- Experience with container technologies such as Kubernetes, Serverless, and Docker.
- Experience in cloud technology including AWS, Azure, and Google.
- Experience with cloud security or container security.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or Command of the Message sales frameworks.
- Partner with Strategic Sales Reps and Sales Engineering leadership to evaluate and prove the value of solutions.
- Act as primary technical contact for strategic account customers during pre-sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and provide expertise.
- Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept trials.
- Design customized solutions meeting customer needs.
- Develop technical proposals including specifications and implementation plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers.
- Provide ongoing technical support and address issues during sales.
- Stay current with industry trends and competitive products.
- Provide feedback on customer requirements and market demands.
