Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in UX and product design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing understanding of UX and UI design.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to think long- and short-term while iterating on design.
• Keen ability to grasp complexity and focus on key issues.
• Clear communication skills and ability to present work.
• Self-awareness and empathy for customers and team goals.
• Experience with prototyping.
• Ability to act as a thought partner with cross-functional teams.
• Enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
• Occasional travel for meetings (0-10% travel).

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with designers on other products to create aligned experiences.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to define the roadmap and backlog.
• Work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Practice customer-centric thinking.
• Drive the execution of UX strategy within multiple product areas.
• Lead complex, multidisciplinary projects from start to finish.
• Build relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Use data and feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create user scenarios, journeys, wireframes, UI designs, and prototypes.
• Provide mentorship to junior and peer designers.
