Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a top 50 national university; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Demonstrated transferable life and work experiences related to the role.
• Prior experience in private equity and venture capital is a big plus.
• Must have daytime availability to work with impacted employees.
• Demonstrated passion for empathy, community, and artificial intelligence.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to plan around deadlines and commit to client service for 3-4 months.
• Extensive experience within functions like marketing, finance, or operations.
• Experience or desire to build managerial capability through coaching.
• Strong collaboration skills across various groups.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one coaching and support for individuals in their job search.
• Use the Respiris Method, helping clients rediscover their professional calling.
• Guide clients through resume development, LinkedIn optimization, and interview preparation.
• Help clients activate their professional network through the Career Prayer™.
• Leverage various software tools to identify job opportunities for clients.
• Collaborate with the Respiris community to improve coaching methods.
• Foster a positive environment for clients during their job search.
