Requirements:
- Previous business consulting or coaching experience (2-3 years).
- Computer proficiency including Zoom presentation meetings.
- Experience in a customer-facing role or enthusiasm for customer interaction.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong phone skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, driven, competitive, and committed to success.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, Zoom, Slack, or ability to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with potential Exit Factor members.
- Conduct 1:1 consulting sessions with clients following the Exit Factor system.
- Provide additional resources from the online curriculum to enhance consulting sessions.
- Participate in training and certification as well as continuing education.
- Work closely with the Member Services team to ensure great customer service.
