Responsibilities:

• You will be part of a call center team supporting 4 markets and 16 offices specializing in wisdom teeth removal.
• Your job includes scheduling patient surgeries, answering phones, explaining to patients how we work and our fees, and addressing their questions.
• You will take down insurance information, handle financing applications, and coordinate with surgery managers.
