Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in SaaS based implementations and project management.
• BS in Computer Science, Information Services or other related fields is preferred.
• Experience with technologies like authentication protocols, XML, HTML, CSS, Ruby on Rails, Javascript, Jquery, JSON, SQL, AICC and SCORM.
• Technical experience with authentication protocols and Single Sign-On solutions.
• Strong understanding of APIs.
• Experience with large data integrations between systems and a SaaS provider.
• Project management experience focused on software implementation projects.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English speaking and writing.

Responsibilities:

• Review integration requirements and suggest modifications for reliable functionality.
• Discuss integration with customers to ensure correct configuration settings.
• Independently install and configure supported products; assist less experienced technicians.
• Work with customer vendors and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
• Diagnose product issues and assist with resolution.
• Provide proactive solutions to problems and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
