Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in SaaS based implementations and project management.
• Preferred BS in Computer Science, Information Services or other related fields.
• Experience with authentication protocols, XML, HTML, CSS, Ruby on Rails, Javascript, Jquery, JSON, SQL, AICC and SCORM.
• Technical experience with authentication protocols and Single Sign-On solutions.
• Strong understanding of APIs.
• Experience in large data integrations between systems and SaaS providers.
• Experience in project management focused on software implementation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in remote environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communicative skills.
• Proficient in English speaking and writing.

Responsibilities:

• Review customer implementation integration requirements and suggest modifications for reliable functionality.
• Discuss integration with customers, providing guidance on configuration settings and information exchange.
• Independently install and configure server and client components, assisting less experienced technicians as needed.
• Collaborate with customer vendors to resolve software issues, troubleshooting and escalating when necessary.
• Diagnose product issues for clients and assist with resolution, providing proactive solutions and modifications.
• Manage prioritization in a dynamic environment while meeting deadlines.
