- BSc, MS or Ph.D. in electrical engineering/computer engineering.
- Hands-on experience in digital design with 15+ years of industry relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
- Digital IC Design Architect responsible for all aspects of the digital design/architecture development for die-to-die IP connectivity solutions.
- Work alongside fellow architects and engineers to create a differentiated product.
- Foster and coordinate an outsourcing network to balance in-house and outsourced talent.
- Participate in cross-functional design architect sessions to innovate solutions.
- Develop solutions for superior ease of integration and programmability.
- Review and execute verification test plans.
