Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Qualification in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science) or relevant experience.
• 4+ years in an analytical role.
• Proficiency in predictive model development and deployment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in building machine learning models.
• Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques and statistics.
• Proficiency in programming languages (Python, R) and SQL.
• Experience with report/dashboard development and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
• Experience in Financial Services, Retail, or Technology industries.
• Experience with cloud-based data analytics platforms (Snowflake, Azure, BigQuery, Redshift).

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels to develop data-driven solutions.
• Elicit business requirements and translate them into data modeling and analysis specifications.
• Ensure high-quality data for analytics through profiling and validation.
• Design, build, deploy, and maintain advanced analytical models.
• Analyze data to extract insights and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Train users in interpreting model outcomes and results.
• Take ownership of allocated tasks and communicate progress.
• Incorporate MLOps best practices in model development.
• Continuously upskill in data analytics, modeling, and AI.
