7+ years of experience in Java programming and related technologies (e.g., Spring Boot, Hibernate). 5+ years of experience in designing scalable back-end architectures. 5+ years of experience with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL). 3+ years of experience in API development (RESTful API, gRPC). 3+ years of experience working in Agile environments. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud native platform such as K8s. Proven leadership skills with experience in mentoring teams. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, including Python.
