- Proven experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or FSM solutions.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and Agile methodologies.
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective balance of technical knowledge and business acumen.
- Proactive self-starter with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to drive change with a strong sense of empathy for user experience.
- Effective in explaining concepts clearly in verbal and written forms.
- Able to function independently in a self-directed environment.
- Experience working with a Scrum team in an Agile development environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Lead in creation of technical and functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with Product Management and Engineering teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and users to identify problems and validate problem statements.
- Work with the Scrum team and stakeholders to ideate, validate solutions, and break down requirements into user stories.
- Collaborate with Product Design for user research and validate wireframes/prototypes.
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, balancing customer and technical needs.
- Convey product vision to the Scrum team, ensuring development goals are met.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and provide sign off on product release functionality.
