Requirements:

• Proven Project Manager with a minimum of 8 years experience in a SaaS company handling enterprise clients.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and tracking skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly across all organizational levels.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering discipline or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with project management systems like MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily customer interaction to plan, coordinate, and align resources for successful implementation of Pindrop solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer team and other teams to execute tasks as planned and meet customer expectations.
• Work in a technology-focused environment that encourages innovation and learning.
