Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, Index Match, and complex formulas.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Experience in data cleaning, formatting, and preparation for system integration.
- Ability to handle large data sets and spot discrepancies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple data-related tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with data management platforms or systems is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Review, clean, and organize customer data in Excel/Google Sheets, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Use functions such as VLOOKUP, Index Match, and formulas to prepare data for system import.
- Identify missing information or formatting issues, communicate these with customers, and ensure corrections before data upload.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to clarify data-related queries.
- Assist in maintaining internal records, setting up accounts, and handling ongoing data maintenance.
- Pull data for kickoff and reporting calls.
- Contribute to process improvements for data onboarding.
- Support in building presentation decks as needed.
