Requirements:

• Master’s or PhD degree in Finance, Business, Actuarial, or Analytics related field.
• 2 years of experience in data mining and modeling, specifically with SAS, SQL, R/Python.
• Experience in the consumer credit industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with solid business acumen.
• Exceptional written and communication skills to explain complex insights to various audiences.
• Technical skills including SAS, R/Python, AWS Sagemaker, and data analysis in Snowflakes and SQL environments.
• Knowledge and experience with AI/ML and credit bureau data.

Responsibilities:

• Consolidate disparate and large datasets for reporting and analytical work, ensuring data quality and governance.
• Mine, model, and analyze large datasets using descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
• Develop insights from historical performance data, identify opportunities, and implement analytical solutions.
• Support machine learning and statistical models for predicting credit outcomes and quantifying risks.
• Design and deploy model monitoring frameworks to assess performance.
• Advise senior management of emerging trends and risks.
• Collaborate with vendors and technology teams for accurate strategy implementation.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses as required.
