Requirements
- Native speaker level of Korean language fluency in both written and verbal communications.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Experience in ecommerce logistics operations, particularly in warehouse or last mile operations.
- Experience in supporting clients within a technology solutions or operational environment.
- Experience working cross-functionally to drive partnerships or projects.
- Strong stakeholder and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable communicating with large groups.
- Self-motivated with ability to deliver to deadlines and multi-task under pressure.
- Highly organised and resilient with attention to detail.
- Strategic thinking beyond immediate organizational needs.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Ability to handle difficult situations positively.
Responsibilities
- Primary point of contact for Partners’ operational teams for the effective use of OSP.
- Leading successful deployments and operational go-lives for OSP features.
- Coordinating with Ocado teams to ensure Partners receive necessary knowledge and information.
- Collaborating with Ocado teams to maintain positive Partner relationships.
- Reviewing and maintaining knowledge of Partner KPIs and performance.
- Sharing best practices with Partner OSP teams.
- Highlighting process improvements within Ocado and Partner OSP operations.
