Requirements
- Five or more years of 401(k) plan administration experience.
- Superior knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing.
- NIPA credential, ASPPA credential, or a 4-year college degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to proactively and independently manage a book of business.
- High level of critical thinking.
- Committed to lifelong learning and coaching.
Responsibilities
- Maintain client and advisor relationships with a high active client retention rate.
- Maintain a caseload with approximately 50% split between ADP and Safe Harbor plans.
- Manage and prioritize workload towards weekly goals in a results-oriented team environment.
- Exemplify superior client service and consult with clients regarding plan operation and design.
- Collaborate with other Nova departments, record-keepers, and advisors to ensure a great client experience.
- Document all client interactions in the workflow management system.
- Perform work according to Nova policies and procedures.
- Expand professional knowledge through seminars and self-study.
