Requirements:

• Five or more years of 401(k) plan administration experience.
• Superior knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing.
• NIPA credential, ASPPA credential, or a 4-year college degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to proactively and independently manage a book of business.
• High level of critical thinking.
• Committed to lifelong learning and coaching.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain client and advisor relationships with a high active client retention rate.
• Maintain a caseload with approximately 50% split between ADP and Safe Harbor plans.
• Manage and prioritize workload towards weekly goals in a results-oriented team environment.
• Exemplify superior client service and consult with clients regarding plan operation and design.
• Collaborate with other Nova departments, record-keepers, and advisors to ensure a great client experience.
• Document all client interactions in the workflow management system.
• Perform work according to Nova policies and procedures.
• Expand professional knowledge through seminars and self-study.
