Responsibilities
- Providing world-class service excellence and customer experience to drive sales.
- Engaging with customers through suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.
- Greeting and receiving customers in a welcoming manner.
- Responding to customers’ questions and alerting management of potential security issues.
- Assisting with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Maintaining the company's branding and image as a front-line ambassador.
- Adhering to visual merchandising guidelines and performing housekeeping tasks.
- Completing any other duties assigned by Supervisors or Managers.
