Manage a team of 3-8 direct reports, focusing on performance and project outcomes. Assist in company growth by recruiting and interviewing candidates. Train and onboard new hires to align them with company methodologies. Perform quality management of deliverables on various projects. Lead account management to ensure client satisfaction and referenceable customers. Manage project change control and ensure proactive communication. Work with internal teams across client project phases for detailed knowledge transfers. Oversee end-to-end ERP implementations as sponsor or Project/Program Manager. Engage in business development activities and attend events.
