Requirements:
Accounting functional background: CPA or Operational. Prior experience managing a team of 3+ direct reports. Ability to prioritize and maintain professional communication. Certified NetSuite ERP Consultant or working toward certification. Undergraduate degree or MBA in relevant fields. Experience in leading solution architect roles across project sizes. At least 10-15 end-to-end NetSuite implementations with hands-on experience. Strong finance/accounting and consulting background. Comprehensive understanding of web technologies and ERP best practices. Familiarity with SDLC and project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 3-8 direct reports, focusing on performance and project outcomes. Assist in company growth by recruiting and interviewing candidates. Train and onboard new hires to align them with company methodologies. Perform quality management of deliverables on various projects. Lead account management to ensure client satisfaction and referenceable customers. Manage project change control and ensure proactive communication. Work with internal teams across client project phases for detailed knowledge transfers. Oversee end-to-end ERP implementations as sponsor or Project/Program Manager. Engage in business development activities and attend events.
