• Experience working with Linux distributions and high performance server-class hardware.
• Direct experience with customers to resolve technical issues and understand their business challenges.
• Demonstrated experience in managing or leading a team of software engineers.
• Understanding of agile software development methodologies.
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and oral.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technology field.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of distributed engineers to design and implement the best Ubuntu integration for the latest IoT and server-class hardware platforms and software stacks.
• Engage with commercial partners to deliver an optimized Ubuntu experience on their platforms.
• Oversee commercial engagements and support timely delivery on agreed project milestones.
• Ensure commitment to strict quality and reliability standards.
• Collaborate with teams at Canonical to align on product architecture and roadmaps.
