- Lead acquisition of easements, rights-of-way, licenses, options, and other property rights for energy and transmission infrastructure projects across the Western U.S.
- Support route development and siting efforts through landowner identification, property ownership research, and land constraint analysis.
- Conduct title review, ownership verification, and property due diligence to inform project planning and risk assessment.
- Negotiate agreements with private landowners, public agencies, utilities, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate closely with project managers, environmental teams, permitting specialists, and engineers.
- Assist with real estate strategy development during project planning and feasibility phases.
- Support stakeholder outreach efforts related to property acquisition and landowner engagement.
- Maintain accurate project records, databases, and acquisition status reporting.
- Provide real estate expertise during project development, permitting, and construction phases.
