- Source and screen candidates for cleared government contracting positions through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Manage job postings across multiple platforms and keep our applicant tracking system up to date.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process.
- Draft outreach messages and job descriptions tailored to the cleared talent market.
- Support onboarding logistics for new hires including paperwork, background check coordination, and start-date communication.
- Help build relationships with cleared professionals for future pipeline opportunities.
